"The Mind Knows Not What The Tongue Wants"

TED Talks is a guilty pleasure of mine. This talk was recorded in 2004, but remains a favorite of mine. If you have yet to see it, I strongly recommend spending the next 17 minutes and 34 seconds of your life doing so. You will not regret it.

Such a simple concept that ended up changing the world - extra chunky tomato sauce.

  1. I am such a big fan of TED talks and particularly of Malcolm Gladwell ( I have all his books - even the essays from the New Yorker). Great to share this with those reading your blog.

You might be interested in this TED talk by Abby Fitzpatrick, then a Ryerson Student, who I met at conference in Toronto this summer. She asks a fundamental question, what would it be like if we put food [instead of nutrition} first? This is well worth watching.
